Terms of Use
Last updated: April 2026
By using Rushle (rushle.io) you agree to these terms. They’re short on purpose.
The free game
Rushle’s daily puzzle is free to play. You can keep playing it forever without paying. We may change features, add or remove puzzles, or pause the service for maintenance without notice.
Rushle+ subscription
- Rushle+ is $2.99/month, billed by Stripe, and renews automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage Rushle+, or by emailing hello@rushle.io. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
- We don’t offer refunds for partial months. If something goes wrong (double charge, missing access, etc.), email us and we’ll make it right.
- Rushle+ benefits include unlimited daily hints, full puzzle archive, practice mode, and an enhanced share card. The exact benefit list may evolve over time.
Your account
If you set a player name, it’s stored on your device. If you subscribe to Rushle+, your email address is your account identifier. You’re responsible for keeping access to that email so you can restore your subscription on other devices.
Acceptable use
Don’t do anything that breaks the game for other people: no scraping at high volume, no attempting to bypass the paywall, no automated bots that flood our servers. If your usage looks like abuse, we may rate-limit or block you.
Content and IP
The Rushle name, logo, code, puzzles, and game design are owned by the creator. You’re welcome to share screenshots and your results — that’s the point. Don’t reproduce the puzzle list or game in another product.
No warranty
Rushle is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we can’t guarantee it’ll be error-free or available 100% of the time. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from using the game.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. The date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
